Indie Email - Managing Your Email Suppression List
Learn how to manage your Indie Email suppression list. Follow these steps to search, add new blocked domains, or request to unsuppress a subscriber.
Maintaining a healthy subscriber list is essential for email deliverability. This guide will walk you through how to view your suppression list, add new entries, and request the removal of a suppressed email.
Accessing the Suppression List
To view your current list of suppressed emails or domains:

Select Indie Email from the dashboard menu on the left side of your screen.

Click the Gear Icon (Settings) located in the upper right-hand corner.

From the settings menu, click on Suppression List.
Finding Suppressed Emails
Once you are in the Suppression List view, you can find specific addresses in two ways:

Use the search field in the upper left-hand corner to look up a specific email address.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to browse the full list of suppressed emails.
How to Add an Email or Domain
If you need to manually block an email address or an entire domain from receiving your communications:

Click the Add Email/Domain button.

Select Add a single suppression email or domain.

Type the specific email address (e.g.,
name@example.com) or the domain (e.g.,example.com) into the field. -
Click Add email or domain to save your changes.
How to Unsuppress an Email
For security and deliverability reasons, you cannot manually unsuppress an email address yourself. To have an email removed from the list, please follow these steps:

Capture a Screenshot: Take a screenshot of the message/contact details, ensuring the subscriber's email address is clearly visible.

Contact Support: Email the screenshot and your request to support@indiegraf.com.
Note: Our support team will review the request and remove the address from your suppression list for you.
