Learn how to add, edit and manage your branding to Indie Email.

A consistent brand across all your marketing materials and platforms is essential for building brand recognition and establishing credibility.

This also applies to your email marketing campaigns. We provide a feature that allows you to customize your account branding so your confirmation pages reflect your brand image.

This guide will walk you through the steps to manage your brand settings on your account and ensure that all your confirmation pages are consistent with your brand image.

How to Manage Your Brand

1. Click on the ⚙️icon, then on Brand

2. To add your logos, click on "Upload new image"

Note: We recommend using a transparent PNG file with 400 pixels wide by 200 pixels high dimensions.

4. Set the Headline and paragraph colors: You can now select the headline color on all your confirmation pages. Click on the Headline color option, then choose your preferred color from the color palette.

5. After selecting the color, you'll see an "Unpublished" flag. Please make sure you publish your changes before leaving the page

6. Set the Button Text Color: You can also define the color of the button text that appears on your confirmation pages. Click on the Button Text Color option and choose your preferred color from the palette.

7. Set the Button Background Color: Next, define the button background color on all pages with the options Button Background color. Choose a color that complements your brand colors and enhances your brand image.

8. Set Background Color: You can also set the background color for your confirmation pages with the option Background color. Choose a color that reflects your brand image and enhances the user experience.

9. Preview and Publish: Once you have defined all your branding settings, click Preview to see how your changes will look on your confirmation pages. If you are happy with the changes, click on Publish to save your changes and apply them to your account confirmation page branding.
