You can use attributes to personalize your emails and create segments based on them. The purpose is to produce more targeted emails by using the personal information of your subscribers. This approach delivers individually tailored email marketing to each customer and increases email marketing metrics substantially. When new subscribers join your list, the information linked with these attributes can be collected.

How to add attributes to your list
An attribute may be added to a list in two ways and can also allow you to collect information via the form attached to the attribute.
You have access to adding attributes in the list parameters:
1. Select the Contacts tab on the top menu in the dashboard.
2. Click on the ⚙️icon next to Contacts
3. At this point, an attribute can be added. Select the list to add the attribute name and choose its type: string or date-time.
Text – Names and other text info (Field name and Content of the field cannot exceed 255 characters, including spaces), phone numbers, etc.
Number – identification number, age, etc.
Date time – Birthday, anniversary, etc.
4. You will find these attributes in the contacts list and its subscription form that will be generated after adding them. Click on the ... and Edit next to a contact to link the customer with an attribute.
