How to create a temporary password

If your teammate is having issues logging in to their Indiegraf Website account, we recommend providing them with a temporary password. 

It’s always a good idea for someone on your team to share this information directly to help keep everyone safe from potential phishing scams.

To help your teammate with a temporary password, please follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Users > All Users, and use the search field to find your teammate's name.

2. Click "Edit" under the teammate’s name to open their user profile.

3. Scroll down to the "Set New Password" section and enter the new temporary password.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Update User" to save the changes.

Once you’ve done this, you can share the temporary password with your teammate so they can access the account.
