How do I view contributions?
Track and manage your RevEngine donations. Learn how to view contributor data, check Stripe status, and filter payment records in your dashboard.
All contributions received through your contribution pages will be recorded for you in your RevEngine dashboard, where a series of tools will help you filter and sort your data.
Note: You cannot receive payments until you have created and published a page.
Please start here before continuing. If a Stripe banner is displayed at the top of the dashboard, your connection to Stripe is also incomplete or pending verification.
Accessing Contributions
The Contributions tab has an interactive table that will populate all contributions that match your filters.
To access the Contributions section:
- Sign in at RevEngine
- Navigate to Contributions in the main menu
You should find all of your RevEngine contributions in the table. It also will contain data on the date of receipt, amount, contribution frequency, date processed, contributor, and the status of the payment (processing, paid, canceled, or failed.)
Click on each individual payment row to find a link to its Stripe page where you can learn more about the payment and the contributor.
Remember that your RevEngine dashboard will only show contributions you collected through the platform. If you’ve used other platforms that to collect donations, either in the past or currently, those records won’t be included in this table.
