Exporting your RevEngine contributions data

Export your RevEngine contribution data into a CSV file. Learn how to download donor details, payment dates, and amounts for your records.

You can export your RevEngine data into a CSV file for your records and reporting needs through your dashboard.

Your RevEngine export will contain the following columns:

  • Contributor Name
  • Amount
  • Donor Selected Amount (inclusive of any fees)
  • Agreed to Pay Fees
  • Frequency
  • Payment Received Date
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Page URL
  • Reason for Giving (if provided)

There are differences in the data stored between RevEngine and Stripe.
Please follow these instructions to export your payment from your Stripe dashboard.

Exporting contributions

You can find the export tool in RevEngine’s Contributions tab:

  1. Sign in to the RevEngine dashboard here.
  2. Navigate to the Contributions section under Activity in the main menu panel. You’ll find all contributions collected through RevEngine displayed in a table.
  3. To export your data, click the Export button at the top of the Contributions page. Your data will be sent as a CSV file to the email associated you used to sign in.
  4. This data contains all payments received through RevEngine, but you can use software like Google Sheets or Excel to filter and sort your data as needed for your internal reports.

The RevEngine dashboard will only show contributions collected through the platform. If you are using other platforms to collect donations, such as PayPal, you will need to separately pull data from these external sources.
