Unique Delivery in Preview & Test Emails
Unique delivery may not display correctly in test emails or email previews.
This happens because, in a test environment, the EUID (Email Unique Identifier) is not properly replaced with actual data. As a result, the system may still show the same campaign multiple times in the preview or test emails, which can cause confusion.
In contrast, when an email is sent live, the EUIDs are correctly replaced with real values, allowing the unique delivery system to recognize that the campaign has already been shown to the recipient. This prevents the campaign from appearing again.
