🚀 Introduction to the Advertiser Feature

Your first Advertiser. So, an Advertiser would be any company, business, or even your own publication that has a unique source of ads. In this video, I'll be able to share how to create a new Advertiser, edit an Advertiser, and within that view, I'll give you a glimpse of the dashboard access options for that Advertiser.

➕ Creating a New Advertiser

So we would start with selecting the Advertiser option on our side menu, and it's just as easy as clicking 'Add Advertiser'. In this space, we would type in the Advertiser's name.

This is the area where we can enable dashboard access for that Advertiser. If they would like a view on how their ads are performing, you would type in their email, a generated password, and you can either allow them to change that password or allow them to create new campaigns within the platform. Some, if not most, of our Publishers tend to have this unchecked just to allow for greater control of the space.

Once you've typed in your Advertiser name, you can you can click on 'Save this Advertiser', and you'll see them appear on the list here.

✏️ Editing Advertiser Properties

If there was an aspect of this Advertiser we wanted to change, say we wanted to enable access to the dashboard after having created the Advertiser, we simply click into the Advertiser.

We would 'Edit the Advertiser properties', and in this space, we could enable dashboard access here or update the name of the advertiser, and once again, just click on 'Save this Advertiser'.
