How to track the URL of the page someone submitted a response on

If you display an embed on multiple pages or use UTM tags, it can be helpful to know the URL of the page where someone submitted a response

Hearken logs the URL where every response was submitted. That information is visible in the 'SourcePage' column when exporting responses and on each response's page details page, which you can navigate to by clicking on the response on the Responses page:
