How to Review and Edit Form Notifications Recipients
Learn how to manage form notifications: access settings, update recipient emails using proper comma formatting, and quickly navigate between multiple forms.
This will show you how to review who receives form entries and how to properly format multiple email addresses.
1. Access Your Form Settings

Navigate to the Forms menu in the left-hand dashboard menu.

Select Forms from the dropdown menu.

Find the specific form you want to check and hover your mouse over it to reveal the hidden menu.

Select Settings, then click on Notifications.
2. Edit the Notification Details

You will see a list of notifications (usually labelled "Admin Notification").

Click on the Notification Name or the Edit button directly below it to open the settings.
3. Update Recipient Emails

Locate the "Send to Email" field. When adding or removing recipients, please follow this specific formatting:

Use a comma to separate addresses.

Please don't include spaces between the comma and the next email.

Example:
email1@company.com,email2@company.com,email3@company.com -
scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Update Notification to save changes.
4. Navigate Between Multiple Forms

To save time, you don't need to go back to the main menu.

Use the dropdown menu at the top of the page to switch to your other forms. This will take you directly to the notification settings for the next form.
