How to review a contact using Indie Email

Learn how to use the Contact Details to get an in-depth view of the contact details on file and the contact's activity in campaigns and newsletters. 

To review the contact details of a contact,
  1. Go to Indie Email from your Dashboard Menu.
  2. Next, click Audience > Contacts.
  3. Contacts always default to Active Contacts. If you want to search for a contact that is not active, remove Filter 1 by clicking the trash can icon in the top-right of the filter block.
  4. Use the search field at the top of the contact screen, then type or paste the contact's email.
  5. Click on the email address to open the Contact Details page.
On the contact details page, you will see the following information,
  • Contact Details such as emails received, opens, clicks, tags, interests and more.
  • Activity, including the dates and activities contacts have completed, such as receives, clicks, opens and more.
