How to Assign Ads Across Multiple Publications

If you manage ads for multiple Indiegraf Publications, you won’t need to create separate ads for every site. Instead, you can follow these steps to assign a single ad item to multiple sites' ad zones:

1. Navigate to the Advertisers tab and click on the name of the advertiser.

2. Locate and click on the specific campaign for that advertiser.

3. Ensure the specific ad item is already set up and click into it.

4. Scroll down to the Zone Assignment section and click Assign to Zone.

   

5. Use the search bar in the upper right-hand corner to find a specific zone for the publication (e.g., "Leaderboard").

6. Choose Fixed Delivery and set the Schedule (start/end dates).

7. Repeat for the next ad zone.
