How do I see what my RevEngine receipts look like?

See how to view and send test versions of branded or generic contribution receipts and email notifications from your RevEngine dashboard.

Every contributor receives a receipt after making a payment on RevEngine that includes the details of their contribution.

Receipts sent on our free plan have generic RevEngine branding; if you use RevEngine Core or RevEngine + Salesforce, your customized emails will adopt the brand styles of your default contribution page.

Sending test emails

To see what your receipts look like, you can send yourself test versions:

  1. Login to your dashboardRevEngine
  2. In the menu panel, select Customize
  3. Click Receipt, Reminder, or Magic Link to send yourself each of these emails. It will be delivered to the email address you used to create your RevEngine account.
