How do I edit my "Thank You" page?

RevEngine allows Core and Salesforce users to customize the post-donation experience by redirecting users or linking to an external Thank You page.

After paying, contributors are taken to a RevEngine Thank You page, which provides a summary of their gift, thanks them for their support, and offers them an opportunity to share it on social media.

Your thank you page uses your logo and also features a “Return to website” button, which you can link to your main page. If you are a RevEngine Core or RevEngine + Salesforce user, the Thank You page will adopt your default contribution page’s styles, but no further customizations are available at this time.

  3. Select the Edit icon in the left sidebar to open the page editor. A menu will slide out from the right
  4. Select the Setup tab in the right navigation
  5. At the bottom of the tab, find the Post Thank You redirect field, and insert the URL you want to take contributors to after they view the Thank You page
  6. Save changes at the bottom of the Setup tab
  7. Save your page by selecting the Save icon in the left sidebar

Setting up your own Thank You page

If you don't like the RevEngine Thank You page layout, you can create one of your own on your website and have new contributors sent there instead.

This option is only available to RevEngine Core and RevEngine + Salesforce users.
