If you offer merchandise to your supporters as a membership perk, you can display these options directly on your RevEngine page so that contributors can make a selection on checkout.
This feature is only available to RevEngine + Salesforce accounts.
How to offer swag to contributors
- Log into RevEngine, select the page you want to edit and switch to the Layout Tab
- Click on the Add Block button and select the Swag block to add it to your page
- Click the Edit icon on the contributor benefits block and start by setting a contribution threshold. Contributors will have to give this amount or greater per year to receive swag
- Add the name of your item and any options you are offering (for instance, 'Small', ‘Medium', or ‘Large’ if you’re offering t-shirts)
- Contributors will have the choice to opt out of receiving swag, you may enable or disable this setting by default
- When done, save your changes at the bottom of the block
- Save your page by selecting the Save icon in the main menu
Listing combinations of Swag items
You may want to offer contributors a combination of Swag items instead of just offering them one selection.
To do this, simply list every Swag combination you offer at each giving level. While you will have to control that contributors gave enough to receive these items, this offers you additional options for customizing your Swag program.
Opt-out only swag block
We offer streamlined version of the Swag block that only asks contributors to indicate their interest in Swag, rather than prompt them for a selection.
