[Portal & contribution management](https://help.indiegraf.com/revengine?hsLang=en#portal-contribution-management) May 26, 2026 # How can contributors update their payment method? ## Contributors can securely update credit cards and subscription amounts via a magic link sent to their email from the RevEngine portal. If a contributor needs to update the billing information for an active recurring donation, they can change the credit card on file for their payment in RevEngine’s contributor portal. ### **Providing contributors portal access** Your organization has a unique link to its RevEngine contributor portal. To find it: 1. Sign in to your RevEngine dashboard 2. Select the contribution page to whose portal you want to link 3. Click on the **Grab Link** button on the top bar of your page editor 4. You will be shown links to your live **Contribution Page** and the **Contributor Portal**. That link will take them to a portal homepage where contributors input the email address they used to make their contribution. They’ll receive an email with a secure magic link to the portal. ### **Changing the recurring payment method** In the portal, contributors will find a record of all their payments to your organization.
