The live website preview is perfect for seeing what your ad campaigns will look like for a particular day or period of time. This allows you to verify your setup and make changes ahead of time if necessary.
- There are three ways to access this tool:
- Go to the main publisher section
- Navigate to a specific publisher record
- Navigate to a specific campaign record
- Click Live Website Preview
- Enter the URL of the website you want to preview, as well as the date, time, and location parameters
- If you accessed the live website preview from the main publisher section or a particular publisher, you'll be able to search for and select the advertiser whose ads you'd like to preview.
- Click Preview. A new browser tab will open showing the page preview. As long as you're in that browser tab, the ad serving that you see will continue to be a preview that is based on the parameters you provided, even if you refresh or go to a different page by clicking a link within that tab.
Note: While you can enter any URL and view any publicly accessible webpage with this function, as a security measure, you can preview only the ads that were set up with the account that's currently signed in.
Indie Ads Manager will not track impressions, requests, and other data when you're previewing a page, so you're free to refresh or browse as you please.
